01Find your rhythm.
Move with ← → or A D. Hold SPACE to fire. You have two volleys on screen at a time. On touch screens, drag across the field to move and fire.
02Make every shot count.
Diving enemies are worth more points. A boss takes two hits. Destroy its escorts first, then the diving boss, for up to 1,600 points. Earn extra fighters at 20,000, 70,000, and every 70,000 points after.
03Double your chances.
Keep firing during a tractor-beam pull: destroy the boss before capture finishes to fall safely back into play without losing a life. If captured, keep a spare fighter, then defeat the captor while it’s diving to form a dual fighter. Destroying it in formation loses the captive.
04A perfect opportunity.
Stage 3, then every fourth stage, is a challenge: 40 targets, no enemy fire. Hit all 40 for a 10,000-point bonus. Otherwise, earn 100 bonus points for each target destroyed.
